Mrs. Unruh joined Oliver Street Capital in 2021 as the Controller. Previously, Mrs. Unruh was an Assistant Vice President within AEW’s private equity finance group overseeing financial reporting for both an open-ended core fund and multiple separate accounts. Prior, Mrs. Unruh was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young. Mrs. Unruh has participated in over $1 billion of transactions and has reported on over $8 billion in assets in her career.
Mrs. Unruh received a B.S. at Bentley University, and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire. She has been a licensed CPA since 2012. A native of New England, Mrs. Unruh currently lives in Overland Park, KS with her husband Will and son.
