Mr. Shunta joined Oliver Street Capital in 2023 as the Director of Development and Construction. Previously, Mr. Shunta was the Vice President of Construction at Claremont Properties, where he was responsible for executing ground-up developments and major capital improvement projects. Prior, Mr. Shunta was a Project Manager for Skanska responsible for leading construction teams and project executions. Mr. Shunta has executed over $1bn of real estate developments and commercial construction projects.
Mr. Shunta has a Construction Management Degree from Michigan State University and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University. Mr. Shunta lives in Charlestown, MA with his wife Beth and two children.
