Mr. Hyde co-founded Oliver Street Capital in 2014. Previously, Mr. Hyde was an Assistant Vice President within AEW’s opportunity funds group responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, financing and asset management. Prior, Mr. Hyde was an Associate at Colony Realty Partners focused on acquisitions and asset management. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hyde has acquired and managed over $2.1bn in total real estate transactions.
Mr. Hyde received a B.A. at Boston College where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team. He subsequently earned an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business. Mr. Hyde lives in Marblehead, MA with his wife Jess and three children.
