Mr. DiPasquale joined Oliver Street Capital in 2024 and is focused on acquisitions and asset management. Previously, Mr. DiPasquale was an Associate at Eastdil Secured, where he worked on equity and debt transactions across property types. Over his career, Mr. DiPasquale has been involved in over $3bn of transactions.
Mr. DiPasquale earned a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, with a major in Finance from Georgetown University, where he was a member of the varsity golf team. Mr. DiPasquale lives in Boston, MA.
